This journey started with trying ANYTHING that would work to help me LOSE MY WEIGHT! I have always been overweight and i went from diet plans, to shakes for all meals, to artichoke shots to lose the weight... ANYTHING!! 

Then, after a failed marriage and my three kids I got gastric sleeve surgery and thought i FINALLY will be THIN!! and I WAS- for about 1 year! ... fast forward COVID 2020 came and so did the pounds!!.. i was devastated. I didn't want my insecurity to come between me and my newly wed husband so I broke down crying saying I NEED TO DO SOMETHING NOW!!.. he was so loving and caring and said anything you want to try, I am here to support you.
